Free Shipping

HavenlyCloud® offers complimentary parcel shipping and delivery on all orders. Swatch Kits are complimentary but do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to returns or exchanges.

White Glove Delivery and Assembly services are available for purchase at checkout. These services include full assembly of your furniture and removal of packaging materials.

Where We Ship

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations. However, we are happy to ship orders to any reshippers located within the contiguous United States upon request. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with information about the carrier and the estimated delivery date. All of our shipments are parcel deliveries, which means:

  • Your order will arrive in easy-to-handle boxes (e.g., FedEx delivery).

  • You do not need to be home to receive the packages; they will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

You can track the estimated delivery date via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any special delivery requests, please contact us at hello@havenlycloud.com as soon as you place your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you use a reshipper, please note that tracking information will stop at the reshipper's address.

Estimated Lead Times

The estimated lead time for each product is available on the respective product page. Please note that this estimate does not include transit time.

  • Transit times may vary depending on the final destination.

  • Shipments typically take 2-3 business days to arrive at your location.

  • During holidays or unexpected delays (e.g., weather events), transit times may extend beyond this range.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please notify us immediately at hello@havenlycloud.com. We will do our best to update your information before the order ships. Once the shipment is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address.

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@havenlycloud.com. When reporting a problem, please include the following:

  • Clear photos of the issue.

  • Images of the packaging.

This information will help us facilitate a quick resolution. The 48-hour reporting window excludes weekends and federal holidays. Damages incurred during shipping and handling must be reported within this window to be covered under warranty. You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your report.
